The main inconvenience is that your ignition device is not manufactured now.
The new ignition device MB-22 is in manufacturing now, but also you need
new flywheel to operate with this ignition. Also you need a manual for this
repairing works in English, but I have it only in Russian and can't to translate
it quickly free of charge. I know only one dealer in Moskow, who sends
"Vikhr" outboards parts by mail to Russia and CIS, and I forwarded him
your first letter, forwarded me from Moskow automotive filter company,
but maybe he:
1. Is on vacations;
2. Don't understand English;
3. Hasn't possibility to operate with foreigners.
In according to his prices, ignition device MB-22 costs near 25$
and flyweel costs near 50$.
You can try to contact with him directly.

The other way is to repair you existing ignition device. The circuit diagram,
you found on my site is my own development for this work. It is different
from original circuit diagram of your device (much better). If translate,
you'll understand, why better.
You need to find the computer with the cyrillic fonts and the person, who
can to translate my article to English. Then to find person, who is friendly
with electronics and ask him (her ;-)) to make and tune my excellent device.
Otherwise, I have an old magazine with repairing manual of your ignition
with repairing it's original circuit diagram. But it needs translation too.
